1. Connect the AC Adaptor to the Power Socket of the Tablet. The charging light should
illuminate red.
2. For the initial charge, ensure that it is charged fully. It may take up to 6-8 hours to fully
charge.
3. The 'Charging Light' (3) will turn GREEN when the device is fully charged
4. To turn the unit on, press and hold the Power Button for approximately 2-3 seconds.
5. Your Tablet is now ready for use.
6. When turning your device ON from 'Sleep' mode, it may take 3-5 seconds for the screen to
activate after pressing the 'Power' button.

* PLEASE NOTE: This is a general guide to the Android 2.3 Operating System. Not all features in
this guide are accessible on the Kogan Agora 7" Tablet.
BUTTON OPERATION
Home Button: Pressing the Home button will take you straight back to the Home Screen
Menu Button: Pressing the Menu button brings up a Menu of useful functions (dependent on
the application that you are using)
Power Button: Pressing the Power button once while on, puts the unit in standby mode.
Pressing this button while off, brings up the lock screen. Pressing and holding this button, will
bring up a prompt to allow you to turn the unit off fully.
Back Button: Pressing the Back button brings you back to the previous page.
