CHAPTER 1 Operation - The transmitter has two joysticks and a toggle switch. The right joystick moves the mower in all directions while the left joystick starts and stops the engine. The toggle switch is for high or low speed. Use slow gentle movements with the right joystick and avoid sudden full throttle movements keeping a finger on the joystick at all times.
Page 4
- When powering up the system, it is best to always power on the transmitter first and last when powering the system off so the transmitter will always be able to communicate with your mower. The transmitter has "trim control" to make small adjustments to each joystick's "center".
Page 5
The deck height adjustment is a manual design allowing you to raise and lower the deck from 2-6 inches. Never raise or lower the deck while the engine is on and always shut the engine off before approaching your mower.

Chapter 2 Safety 1) NEVER operate or allow someone to operate your mower under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 2) NEVER place your hands or feet near moving parts. Always allow the engine to cool before servicing. 3) NEVER approach your mower while the engine is running. Always shut off the engine before approaching the mower.

of any objects that may be on the ground before mowing. NEVER "test" the mower's 300 ft range of operation. 6) NEVER allow children to operate your mower. It is not a toy. 7) ALWAYS make sure the batteries are charged before operation.
Page 8
14) When mowing steep slopes, NEVER keep the mower on one side for long periods at a time. While the engine is equipped with pressurized filtration, it is still better to alternate sides when slope mowing. 15) For slopes too steep to maintain control, and going down hill only is the only option, keep the spark plug side of the engine up and this should only be used for short periods and NEVER a continuous duty technique.

Chapter 3 Service and Maintenance Blade Maintenance Sharpening or replacing the blade on your mower is best performed with the mower on the ground. For blade replacement, use a 22" mulching blade with 3/8" center hole and blade adapter slots. ALWAYS replace the lock washer and use an impact/torque wrench to torque to 70-ft-lbs.
Page 10
*DANGER* When servicing the blade, ALWAYS remove the engine's spark plug wire to prevent accidental engine start up from turning the blade manually. *DANGER* Improper blade installation can result in serious injury, death or property damage. ALWAYS install the blade with the proper torque and new lock washer.

mower on a flat surface and measure from the ground to the bottom edge of the deck making sure to gage from the same edge on all four points. NOTE: Refer to the Engine owner's manual for regular service recommendations for the engine. When slope mowing on a regular basis, you will want to keep the engine oil topped off at all times and change the oil and filter every 10 hours.

Chapter 4 Troubleshooting Mower turns over but will not start. a) Check fuel level and spark plug. You can spray one small mist of engine starting fluid on the air filter. b) Check engine shut off wires and relay to make sure the electronics is not trying to turn off the engine as you are attempting to start the engine.
Page 15
3) The mower will not power on. a) Make sure the battery bank is charged and holding a charge by using a volt meter to test the battery. b) Make sure the battery posts are not lose and the cables are firmly connected.

troubleshooting engine starting problems. c) If the engine will not try to start, and the above does not resolve the problem, test the engine's starter with a volt meter on the lead going to the engine starter. d) If the engine will not try to start, also test the corresponding relay for the engine start to hear it "tick"...
