Using an SCART connector with a Composite cable
The SCART connector supports only the Composite video
format, which is the most common type. The above illustration
shows how to connect to an SCART connector with a
Composite cable.
If your television supports S-Video (also called S-VHS) video
input, you should use an S-Video cable (available in most
consumer electronics stores) to view your PC on a television.
An S-Video connection produces a higher quality display than
Composite video.

Start Windows

Click Start.
Point to Settings, then click Control Panel.
Double-click Display.
Click the ATI Displays tab.

98 users click the Advanced... button, then click
the ATI Displays tab.
Click the green enable/disable button next to the word
"TV" to enable/disable television display.
Click OK or Apply to save the changes you have made.
