Inserting the Batteries in the Remote Control

The remote control requires two AA-size alkaline batteries, which are included with the
Microsoft TV Photo Viewer.
Slide open the battery compartment door on the

back of the remote control.
Insert the batteries, taking care to orient them

properly with the flat (negative) end toward the
spring inside the battery compartment.
Notes about batteries
Keep batteries out of reach of children.
Do not mix old and new batteries, or batteries of different types. Follow
manufacturer's instructions on battery use.
Remove old, weak, or worn-out batteries promptly.
Always recycle or dispose of used batteries in accordance with your local
ordinances.
If a battery leaks, remove all batteries and thoroughly clean the battery
compartment with a damp paper towel, or follow the battery manufacturer's
recommendations for cleanup. If fluid from the battery comes into contact with
skin or clothes, flush skin with water immediately.

Selecting the Video Input Source from Your TV

It is important to select the proper video input source on your TV. When the correct input
source is selected, your TV screen should display the TV Photo Viewer startup screen.
Turn on your TV.

Press the Power button to turn on the Photo Viewer.

Press the button on your TV or your TV remote control that changes the video input

source. Depending on your TV, the name of this button may vary:
Input
Source
TV/Video
TV/VCR
TV/AV
Input Select
TVGame
Game Mode/Video Mode
If your TV has more than one of these buttons, make sure you try them all.
If you can't find any of these buttons on your TV, try using your TV's Channel
button to find a channel called Line.
