VISUAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOGS PLACEMENT?

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
May 16, 2025

The logs for the Empire Comfort Systems VFSE-18-1 are designed for easy placement on the grate and must be positioned according to the instructions provided for proper operation. Flames should go up and out the top of the firebox into the flue vent. If flames float or curl forward into the room, there may be an issue with placement or venting. The logs must not block burner ports or air passageways. Also, do not place lava rocks on the burner, logs, or rock wool—lava rocks should only be placed on the fireplace floor.
