Interrupting the wash programme
(only in emergencies)
Interrupt a wash programme in progress only when it is absolutely

necessary to do so. When the appliance is closed again, the air that
has entered is heated and expands significantly. As result water may
penetrate into the base of the appliance and trigger the leak preven-
tion system.
Hot steam may escape from the appliance when opening the door.

There is a risk of scolding! Open the door carefully.
0 1. Open the door of the dishwasher.
2. Rectify the reason for opening the appliance.
3. Close the door. The selected programme will then continue.

Setting or Changing the Delay Start Timer

Using the delay start timer you can adjust whether the wash pro-
gramme is to begin in 3, 6 or 12 hours.
0 1. Press the ON/OFF button.
2. Press the button for the desired wash programme
3. Setting the delay start timer:
Keep pressing the X button until the indicator next to the number of
hours of delay until the wash programme is to start illuminates.
Changing the delay start timer:
As long as the wash programme has not started, you can still change
the start delay set by pressing the X button.
Cancelling the delay start timer:
Providing the wash programme has not started you can cancel the
delay start timer. Keep pressing the X button until none of the three
hour displays is illuminated. The selected wash programme will begin
immediately the dishwasher door is closed.
If a start delay is selected, the programme progress display does not

illuminate.
4. Close the door.
