Servicing

Certain problems are due to a lack of simple maintenance or oversights.
Before calling our Service Centre, please check whether you can rectify the
fault yourself by following the instructions given below.
IMPORTANT: If you call out an engineer to a fault listed below or to repair a
fault caused by incorrect use or installation a charge will be made even if the
appliance is in guarantee.
The dishwasher is fitted with a number of alarm systems which can help you
to quickly determine the cause of any problems.
The dishwasher fails to start or stops during operation; and all the lights are
off (except On/Off indicator light) and the light corresponding to the phase
under way flashes. All pushbuttons are inoperative except the On/Off button.
Press the On/Off button to reset the alarm and restart the wash programme.
If the fault code reappears, before contacting your local Service Force Centre,
carry out the following suggested corrective actions:
"Rinse and Hold" programme light flashing very fast
The machine does not fill with water
Ensure the water tap is open.
Ensure the mains water supply has not been cut off.
The inlet hose may be squashed or bent.
Reposition the hose.
The filter of the inlet hose may be clogged.
Switch off the water supply and clean the filter at the end of the inlet
hose.
"Intensive" programme light flashing very fast
The filters are blocked
Clean the filters, refer to "Care instructions".
The spray arms are not rotating. Ensure the crockery is loaded correctly.
