Setting functions

All displays shown in these operating instructions are only examples. The displays can
vary, depending upon the model, selected programme and time of programming.
Setting the time
General
The time display flashes after connecting to the mains or
after a mains failure. Set the time first. Setting the time is
only necessary for the ENDING TIME function. The
DELAYED START and the REMAINING TIME functions
do not require the current time.
Information: The accuracy of the time display depends
upon the mains frequency.
Programming the time
• Using the programme selector
• Press pushbutton
TIME function will flash.
• Press pushbutton
minutes will flash. Set the time with the pushbuttons
(The setting is made by the hour with a maximum
of 24 hours.)
• Press pushbutton
Set the minutes with pushbuttons
to the minute.)
• To store the settings:

The time may also be stored by pressing any other
pushbutton. After approx. 20 seconds, the time is
automatically stored even without pressing a pushbutton.
As soon as the setting of the time is confirmed, the time is
shown on the display for a very short interval before the
ENDING TIME
Summer time/Winter time
Ensure that the time is properly adjusted when changing to
summer/winter time.
If a mains failure occurs during the programme:
the programme continues as soon as the power is restored.
If an ENDING TIME was set, then this flashes. The TIME is
stopped for the duration of the mains failure.
Displaying the time when the appliance is Off
Even if the programme selector is set to Aus, the time can be
permanently displayed.
• To activate, press the option pushbuttons marked
approx. 2 s.
The time will now be permanently displayed.
• To deactivate, press the same pushbuttons marked
approx. 2 s.
