3.6.2 PTZ Setting

The Network Camera is connected to built-in ICA-310 and controls this
device thru RS485 bus.
This is the communication speed between network module and ICA-310.
Note that please DO NOT changes the default value except on special
purpose. If so, user needs to check and set value properly for both sides
