Cleaning heat exchanger filters

If the indicator clean base filters
the appliance must be cleaned, i.e. after each 3 drying cycles. Both filters are located in the
appliance base.
Water can collect in the filter housing therefore it is normal for the heat exchanger fluff
filters to become wet.
• Do not operate the tumble dryer without the fluff filters.
• Clogged filters cause higher energy consumption (drying cycle elongation) and tumble
dryer damage.
• A dirty heat pump can only be cleaned up with a costly process.
