Ensure that the zip is not opened or the dust bag is not removed from the dust collector until the dust collector is turned off and the impellor has completely stopped rotating. Failure to do this can result in dust particles being distributed in the air.
Regularly check that all the fixing screws are tight. They may vibrate loose over time. In the event that the dust bag has a hole or the zip becomes jammed, do not use the dust collector until the bag is repaired or replaced.
