All persons who use and service the machine have to be acquainted with this Manual and must be informed about its potential hazards.

    17. Stay alert. Watch what you are doing. Use common sense. Do not operate a power tool when you are tired. 18. Check for damaged parts. Before using a tool, check that there are no damaged parts. If a part is slightly damaged, carefully determine if it will operate properly and perform its intended function.

    Know your product The GMC Dust Extraction System is designed for collecting wood dust generated from cutting and drilling with electric power tools. It can also be used as a vacuum cleaner for cleaning dust, wood shavings etc. from machines and the floor of the working area.

    Operation The GMC 8 litre vacuum/dust extraction system comes assembled and ready for use. The filter must always be in the correct position to reduce the risk of leaks and possible damage to the vacuum. Ensure that the filter is completely covering the filter cage and that the filter bag clip (6b) is as close to the lid as possible.

    Emptying the drum WARNING. Take care, the tank may be heavier than you think. 1. Switch off the unit and unplug from the power point. 2. Remove the lid (5) of the vacuum by pulling outward on the release clips (3) on each side of the vacuum.
