Use the up and down arrow keys on the phone to select the contact, and

then select Call.
To call by searching for a contact using the keypad:
Press the numbers on the phone keypad that correspond to the contact

name or the phone extension. For example, to find 'Tony Smith,' begin
pressing 8669*76484, where '*' is the space between the first and last
name.
When you find the contact you want to call, select Call.

To call from Microsoft Lync on your computer:
Open Lync on your computer. In the Microsoft Lync main window, click

Group, and then click the group the contact is in.
Make sure the optional USB cable that connects the phone to your
computer is installed.
