Waffle Baker Tips!
• The waffle baker grids hold about

square waffles. Two waffles would
be a typical serving.
• A thin waffle batter requires less
batter to cover the grids than a
thick batter.
Weekend Waffles

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Set aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add milk and egg yolks to flour mixture. Stir until smooth.
