10. Do not immerse the H2O Mop into water or other liquids. 11. Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If the H2O Mop is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or immersed into water, return it to the distributor before continuing use. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard. -

The H2O Mop will not produce steam. Remove limescale deposits. 110~120V, 60HZ, 1500W Pale residue left on the floor. Caused by leaving the H2O Mop in the same 220~240V, 50/60HZ, 1500W position for too long. Can be removed with household white vinegar or a decalcifying product. -

I have the H2O model OEM-TV-001. It stop steaming. what should I do? Also there is a small tube in the water bottle what should I attach it to? Note: I did not use the machine for a while now. It turns on but will not steam. @. Can I take it some where to have it checked out? I live in Toronto.
If your Thane Housewares H2O Mop stops steaming, follow these steps:
1. Check Water Level: Ensure the water tank has water. If the water level is low, switch off the unit, let it cool, refill the tank using the measuring cup, and then turn it back on.
2. Wait for Indicator Light: After plugging in the mop, wait for the red light to turn green before pressing the steam trigger. Pressing the trigger too early may cause water to puddle instead of steaming.
3. Descaling: If the mop still does not produce steam, remove any limescale deposits using household white vinegar or a decalcifying product.
The presence of a small tube in the water bottle is normal and part of the water delivery system.
