If Something Goes Wrong
Before You Call for Service
Possible Causes
A fuse in your home may be
blown or the circuit breaker
tripped.
Power surge.
Plug not fully inserted into
wall outlet.
Probe has been forgotten or
not inserted properly in the
oven wall when using the Temp
Cook or Roast function.
During Sensor Cooking, Reheat,
or Popcorn program, the door
was opened before steam could
be detected.
Steam was not detected in
maximum amount of time.
The cooktop light is located
below the oven floor. When the
light is on, the heat it produces
may make the oven floor get
warm.
The probe has not been
completely inserted into the
wall receptacle.
The probe is defective.
What to Do
•
Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker.
•
Unplug the microwave oven, then plug
it back in.
•
Make sure the 3-prong plug on the oven is
fully inserted into wall outlet.
•
Insert the probe properly into the wall
receptacle.
•
Do not open door until steam is sensed and
time is shown counting down on display.
•
Use Micro Cook to heat for more time.
•
This is normal.
•
Insert the probe properly into the wall
receptacle.
•
Replace the probe.
