    Cooking by Temperature Internal temperature is the best test of doneness for many foods. Temp Cook/Hold takes the guesswork out of cooking because the oven automatically switches to Hold setting after reaching the preset food temperature and maintains that temperature for up to one hour or until you touch the CLEAR/OFF pad.

    Automatic Defrosting With the Auto Defrost feature, the oven automatically sets the defrosting time and power levels for you. You choose the appropriate code number from 1 to 6 for the food you are defrosting, then enter the fd weight in pounds and tenths of a pound (See Conversion Guide below) and touch START.
