Probable Cause
Wick Filter has not absorbed water.
Mineral buildup in Humidifier Base.
Humidistat is set too low.
Wick Filter needs to be replaced.

Rubber Tank Cap Ring is missing
or improperly placed.
Tank Cap not tight enough.
Your Wick Filter needs to be changed.
Short Wick Filter life
Mineral deposits cause film on
Water Tank to buildup.
Wick Filter needs to be replaced.
Using warm water to refill Water Tank.
Humidifier is reacting to room humidity
level.
Over tightened.
Solution
Wait 15 minutes before
starting humidifier.
Regular cleaning of tray
after each use will help
keep the unit functioning
properly.
Turn the Humidistat Knob
up.
Replace your Wick Filter

by calling 1-877-207-0923,
Depending on the humidity
setting this may be normal.
Remove Tank Cap then
replace or reposition ring.
Tighten Tank Cap.

In areas with particular
hard water your Wick Filter
will need to be changed
more frequently.
Clean/disinfect Water Tank
as instructed in weekly
cleaning instructions.

Set the Humidistat Knob to
a higher, or lower setting.
Add liquid soap to Tank
