If your TV's problem is not addressed in this Questions and Answers section or the recommended solution has not
worked, do one of the following:
1
Turn off your TV. After 30 seconds, turn it on.

Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord. After 1 minute, plug the power cord in and turn on the TV.

Perform the Reset TV function in the Installation menu.
The LAN cables are not connected properly or at all. Connect all cables
(see page 12).
Make sure your network address is set up correctly (see page 47).
Check that the AP is powered on.
Make sure that devices are connected correctly.
Incorrect behaviour may occur with a USB Hub connection.
Check your network setup if using a network media server.
Ensure that there is no object blocking the infrared signals in the
infrared reception part of television and 3D glasses. If the infrared data
communication between the television and 3D glasses is lost for 5
minutes, the power of 3D glasses is turned off.
Your country/area may not support the USB HDD function.
Check that the recommended video camera (page 59) is connected to
the TV.
Ensure the network cable connection (page 12).
Check the Network setting of TV.
Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord. After 1 minute, plug the
power cord in and turn on the TV.
If you have no Skype Name, create a Skype Name in Create an
account.
If you forgot password, visit www.skype.com and confirm the password.
Check the table below.
