ASSEMBLY The SODIR crepe machine comes from the factory completely assembled. It is shipped with plastic exterior protective film, which must be removed before operation. DO NOT operate the machine prior to removing the protective film completely! OPERATION Initial Set-up We recommend you clean the surface of your crepe maker with a soft rag moistened with a solution of soap and water before first use. -
