    INTRODUCTION The SODIR model FC-26, FC-34 and CN-34 convection ovens are designed to offer quality baking, cooking and reheating. The ovens are constructed of food service quality stainless steel, and are equipped with a rear-mounted blower fan and heating element. Model CN-34 features an attractive black metallic exterior finish and a brass handle.
