• To limit who can access the sensors, click Change who can access sensors, then check or uncheck the box
adjacent to the individual you would like to grant or prohibit access.
• To uninstall the sensor, click Uninstall this sensor.
Windows 8:
In Windows 8 systems, there are two ways to enable or disable the light sensor.
1. From the Modern Start Screen go to Change PC Settings -> General -> Screen. There you will find Adjust my screen
brightness automatically. You can use the switch to turn the light sensor on/off.
2. From the desktop, go to the Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Power Options. Select the plan in which
you want to adjust the light sensor. Then go to Change Plan Settings -> Change Advanced power settings ->
Display. Under Enable adaptive brightness you can set on/off On battery or Plugged in.
