If dishes and flatware are not clean, it could be due to an improper program or improper rack loading. You should select a stronger program and make sure that the action of the detergent dispenser and spray arms are not blocked by large dishware.
If there are spots or film on glasses and flatware, possible causes and solutions include:
If your dishwasher is leaking water, it could be due to an overfilled dispenser or rinse aid spills. Be careful not to overfill the rinse aid dispenser, as spilled rinse aid can cause oversudsing and lead to overflowing. You should wipe away any spills with a damp cloth. Another reason could be that the dishwasher isn't level, so ensure it is level.
If your dishwasher is not filling with water, the display may show Err1, which indicates a longer inlet time. This can be caused if the faucets are not opened. Additionally, check that the water supply is connected properly and the water is turned on.
If your dishwasher doesn't turn on, check the following:
If the dishwasher is not draining, the display may show Err2, which indicates a longer draining time. This can be caused if the installation position of the drain pipe is too high.
If dishes are not dried, it may be because the rinse agent dispenser is empty. Make sure that the rinse agent dispenser is filled.
If your dishwasher doesn't run, check the following:
To cancel a current program, you can turn off the appliance. If the dishwasher doesn't run due to a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker, you should replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.
If there are spots or film on glasses and flatware, possible causes and solutions include:
If there is cloudiness on glassware, it may be a combination of soft water and too much detergent. You should use less detergent if you have soft water and select a shortest cycle to wash the glassware and get them clean.
If there is a white film on the inside surface, it is caused by hard water minerals. To clean the interior, use a damp sponge with dishwasher detergent and wear rubber gloves. Do not use any other cleaner than dishwasher detergent to avoid foaming or suds.
For best performance, the filter assembly must be cleaned. To remove the filter assembly, pull on the cup handle in the upward direction. The entire filter assembly should be cleaned once a week. To clean the coarse filter and the fine filter, use a cleaning brush. After cleaning, reassemble the filter parts as shown in the figures and reinsert the entire assembly into the dishwasher by positioning it in its seat and pressing downward. It is important to never run the dishwasher without the filters in place.
If the water is not heating, the display may show Err3, which indicates a longer heating time but not reaching the required temperature. This is possibly due to a malfunction of the temperature sensor or of the heating element.
The available wash cycles are:
Some audible sounds are normal, such as the sound from soft food shredding action and detergent cup opening. If the noise is unusual, it may be because utensils are not secure in the baskets or something small has dropped into the basket. To resolve this, ensure everything is secured in the dishwasher.

To improve drying performance, ensure the rinse aid dispenser is filled. Rinse aid is released during the final rinse to prevent water from forming droplets and improves drying by allowing water to "sheet" off the dishes. The amount of rinse aid needed depends on water hardness. If dishes are still not drying properly or are spotted, increase the amount of rinse aid dispensed by rotating the dial to a higher number.
Odors can form if moisture and odors are not trapped inside after every wash. To prevent this, turn off the water supply and leave the door slightly ajar after each wash. If you go on holiday, run an empty wash cycle, remove the plug, turn off the water supply, and leave the door slightly ajar to help seals last longer and prevent odors. Another factor is food that remains trapped in the seals; periodic cleaning with a damp sponge will prevent this.
The dishwasher may display the following fault codes:
If the dishwasher stops working, it could be due to an overflow. The system is designed to detect an overflow, and when it does, it shuts off the circulation pump and turns on the drain pump.
To fill the rinse aid dispenser:
If you have soft water, you may not need rinse aid, or you can dilute the rinse aid with an equal amount of water.
A program can only be changed before the detergent has been released. To cancel the current program, turn off the appliance. Then, turn on the appliance again and press the program button to select the desired program, followed by the start button to begin washing.
At the end of the wash cycle, the alarm will sound for 8 seconds. To stop it, you should open the door of your dishwasher and switch your dishwasher off using the on/off key.
To properly use your dishwasher for daily cycles:
You should use only detergent specifically made for use in dishwashers. Keep your detergent fresh and dry. Do not put powder detergent into the dispenser until you are ready to wash dishes. Generally, only one tablespoon of detergent is needed for a normal wash load. More heavily soiled items need more detergent. Always add the detergent just before starting the dishwasher.
The dishwasher has a "Rinse" cycle which is described as being for dishes that need to be rinsed and dried only.
The entire filter assembly should be cleaned once a week. After every wash, you should turn off the water supply and leave the door slightly ajar to prevent moisture and odors. Periodic cleaning with a damp sponge is recommended for the seals to prevent odors caused by trapped food.
To install your dishwasher, follow these steps:
At the end of the wash cycle, the alarm will sound for 8 seconds.
The upper rack is designed to hold more delicate and lighter dishware such as glasses, coffee and tea cups, and saucers. However, it is stated that expensive and finer chinaware should not be put in.
