The PRO Charging System RS3 battery charger may not be lit because it does not recognize that it is properly connected to a battery with at least 5 volts. Possible causes include incorrect polarity (Red to positive, Black to negative), corroded or loose connections, or blown in-line fuses in the charge cable. To resolve this, check the ring terminals for correct polarity, ensure secure and corrosion-free connections, and inspect in-line fuses for damage.
