Troubleshooting Guide
If you operate
the camera's
dials or lens during
movie shooting,
the
operation
noise will also be recorded.
Using an external
microphone
(commercially
available)
is recommended
(p.210).
During
autoexposure
movie shooting,
if there
is a drastic
change
in the
exposure
level, the recording
will stop momentarily
until the brightness
stabilizes.
If this happens,
shoot with < M > shooting
mode (p.185).
Make sure the stereo
AV cable or HDMI cable's
plug is inserted
all the
way in (p.262,
265).
Set the video OUT system
(NTSC!PAL)
to the same
video system
as
the TV set (p.265).
If the movie file size reaches
4 GB, another
movie file will be created
automatically
(p.194).
Depending
on the card reader
and computer
OS used,
SDXC
cards
may not be correctly
recognized.
If this occurs,
connect
your camera
to the computer
with the provided
interface
cable, then transfer
the
images
to your computer
using EOS Utility (provided
software,
p.366).
JPEG
S3 and RAW images
cannot
be resized
or cropped
(p.277,
p.279).
