HDCAM-SR Workflow Guide
To capture material recorded on 3D (stereoscopic) tapes:
1. Ensure that the HDCAM-SR is connected to the AJA card using a dual-link.
2. Set the HDCAM-SR VTR to 422 3D.
3. From the Device Name box, select the HDCAM SR VTR.
4. From the Tape Type box, select 2x-STEREO.
5. Capture the clip.
6. In the applications, stereo material can be played back and displayed as:
• Left or right eye
• Anaglyph
• Interlaced (left and right eye)
• Dual Output (active and passive projector systems, Flame Premium only)
7. Stereo material can be output as:
• Right eye Dual stream (left and right eye with HDCAM SR only)
• Single stream (side-by-side, top/bottom, Flame Premium only)
• Anaglyph
• Interlaced
