Scope
This manual provides basic information relating to W370/W375 telephones, and also provides
procedures and processes for repairing the units at Level 1 and 2 service centers, including:
• Unit swap out
• Repairing of mechanical faults
• Basic modular troubleshooting
• Testing and verification of unit functionality
