Burner Grates
Grates should be washed in hot, soapy water and
rinsed with clean water. To soften burned-on food,
place grates in a plastic bag containing ¼-cup of
household ammonia for several hours. Afterward, scrub
grates with a plastic scouring pad soaked in hot, soapy
water. Rinse well and dry.

soap-filled plastic scouring pad.

blemishes. Use only a liquid cleanser free of grit and rub in
the direction of the brush lines with a damp soft sponge. Do
not use appliance wax or polish on the stainless steel.
Do not wipe the handle with a soiled dish cloth or wet towel.
Do not use scouring pads, powdered cleaners, bleach or
cleaners containing bleach because these products can
scratch and weaken the finish.
