    Yamaha Guitar Development Yamaha Guitar Development was founded in the heart of the world’s music scene, Los Angeles. The year was 1990 and high-end custom shops based in Los Angeles were emerging as a new trend. Yamaha Guitar Development established its presence on Weddington Street, North Hollywood in an area surrounded by major recording studios and professional repair shops with the intention of building high-end guitars that would satisfy the world’s most demanding guitarists.
