When connecting with an S-Video cable
1 Connect the S-VIDEO output of the VCR to the
S S - - V V I I D D E E O O input on the set. The picture quality is
improved; compared to normal composite
(RCA cable) input.

Connect the audio outputs of the VCR to the
A A U U D D I I O O input jacks on the set.
3 Insert a video tape into the VCR and press PLAY on
the VCR. (Refer to the VCR owner's manual.)

Select A A V V 1 1 input source with using the I I N N P P U U T T
button on the remote control.

NOTE
If both S-Video and VIDEO sockets have been connected to the S-VHS VCR simultaneousiy.

only the S-Video can be received.

EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT CONNECTIONS

1 Connect the A A U U D D I I O O /V V I I D D E E O O jacks between
TV and external equipment. Match the jack colors
(Video = yellow, Audio Left = white, and Audio
Right = red).

Select A A V V 2 2 input source with using the I I N N P P U U T T
button on the remote control.
- If connected to A A V V I I N N 1 1 input, select A A V V 1 1 input
source.

Operate the corresponding external equipment.
Refer to external equipment operating guide.
