Choose a different shooting mode.
Remove the obstructions.
Change the composition so that the
subject's face occupies a larger area of the
frame.
Ask the subject to hold their head straight.
Hold the camera straight.
Shoot in bright light.
Recompose the picture or turn face
detection off and frame the picture using
focus lock.
Choose a different shooting mode.
Charge the battery or insert a fully-charged
spare battery.
Select OFF for E CONTINUOUS.
Turn silent mode off.
Choose a different flash mode.
