Problem
The device does not work, no
light, the fans do not run
No response to DMX controller

Corrective action
Check the power connection and main fuse.
1. The 'DMX' LED should be on. If that is not the case,
check wether the DMX connections are correct and
cables are in a proper condition.
2. If the 'DMX' LED is on but you can see no reaction,
check the address settings and the DMX polarity.
3. Try to use another DMX controller.
4. Check to see if the DMX cables run near or alongside
to high voltage cables, that may cause damage or inter‐
ference to DMX interface circuits.
