Your MonoMixer 200 B is designed to convert stereo signals to mono, eliminating the
need for dual voice coil speakers. This unit is specially designed to work with bridged
amplifiers, including digital and class D amps.
The MonoMixer B is rated at 72 watts RMS continuous. Suitable for amps up to 100 watts
per channel. Tri-filar transformers are wound for flat response and minimum phase shift
using grain oriented high silicon steel laminations. Fits into most standard single gang
electrical boxes.
The original MonoMixer works with amps having common ground outputs. Bridged amps, as well as many digital
amps, do not have the common ground configuration needed by the original MonoMixer. The increasing popularity
of digital and other bridged amps prompted Audioplex to develop the MonoMixer B, which is compatible with
bridged, digital, and common ground amps.
Prepare the wire leads to and from the MonoMixer B by stripping about 1/4" of insulation from each of the wire
ends. Twist strands tightly together so that none stick out that could cause a possible short. Follow the wiring
diagram below for installation of your MonoMixer B.
Your AUDIOPLEX TECHNOLOGY MonoMixer B is covered by a LIFETIME WARRANTY against
any defects in workmanship and materials. Any defects will be remedied without charge for labor or parts.
Damage incurred by shipping or accident is not considered to be a defect, and not covered by this
warranty. AUDIOPLEX TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for defective operation caused by abuse or by
modification or service by any unauthorized person or agency.
The unit must be properly installed and operated according to instructions for the warranty to apply. Any
necessary servicing must be done by AUDIOPLEX TECHNOLOGY. The products must be returned expenses
prepaid, with written authorization from the company. The product must be shipped with the proof of purchase
and in the original carton and packing material to avoid damage.
