troubleshooting guide and performing a factory reset, call

Keep your radio to hand. You may be asked to provide the
Software version in use on your radio:
Ensure you are in DAB mode.

Press and hold the INFO button until 'Station Order'

is displayed. Turn the TUNE knob until 'SW Version'
is displayed, then press TUNE knob in to select.
The version number will show for a few seconds on the

lower line of the display, before reverting to normal
tuning mode.
The software display cannot be altered and is just for
your reference.

If your radio fails within one year from date of purchase
we will repair or replace it free of charge provided:

As batteries are a wearable part these are excluded from
the guarantee.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
