Disconnecting a site

As conference Chairman, you can individually disconnect remote sites. Do this by
pressing the Drop Site button followed by the Site # button you wish to drop.

Terminating a meeting

As conference Chairman, you may also terminate the entire meeting. Do this by
pressing the End Meeting button.

Releasing the conference chair

Press the Release Chair button to relinquish the privileges of chairmanship of the
conference.

Viewing another site

Press the View Site button, followed by the Site # button, to see any of the other par-
ticipants at any given time during the conference.

Returning to the Broadcast

Press the End View button to stop seeing the site previously selected via the View
Site button. Select this button to return you to the site that is currently being broad-
cast.
