Installation - venting

The moist air from the dryer must be
vented via a ducting system.
When installing avoid:
– very long venting systems
– too many bends or corners
– tight corners
otherwise the drying result will be less
effective and it will take longer and use
more energy.
Suitable materials for venting pipe-
work:
– galvanised steel piping
– plastic piping
– flexible piping
The venting connection can be made:
– to the rear (the machine is supplied
with the connection at the rear open)
– to the left or right side of the ma-
chine.
Install the venting pipework in such
a way that the moist expelled air
cannot be drawn into the machine
again.
Connection must not be made to a
flue used by gas or solid fuel boilers
or heaters.
Before installation, ensure that the
machine is not connected to the
electrical supply.
