Your appliance has been fitted with a
warning system which ensures that the
temperature in the freezer cannot rise
unnoticed. The alarm indicator light will
come on if the temperature becomes
too warm. The temperature dial
determines the range of temperatures
the appliance recognises as too warm.
The alarm indicator light will come on
– when the freezer is switched on.
– if the door has been left open for a
while, e.g. in order to load, to
re-arrange or to take food out.
– when freezing large amounts of food
at once.
– when there has been a lengthy
interruption to the power supply.
The alarm indicator light goes out as
soon as the freezer has reached the
programmed-in temperature range.
