Fusing unit Follow the instructions as the steps shown below to replace the toner cartridge or drum cartridge.     Maintenance The communication error codes appear in the logs and transmission reports. Code 01 - Busy or no fax answer This code appears after 6 unsatisfactory attempts. Call later. Code 02 - Burnt number A number is burnt after 6 unsatisfactory transmission attempts. No recall is possible. You have to validate the subscriber’s number a second time: refer to his record in the directory.

    Maintenance Code 13 - Memory full Your fax can no longer receive since its memory is full: there are too many received unprinted documents or too many documents in the transmission line. Print the received documents and delete or transmit immediately the documents in the transmission line.
