    The FLO TV Personal Television is designed to use only the manufacturer-supplied battery. Battery performance depends on many factors, including features, settings, and accessories used on the FLO TV™ Personal Television.     Settings The settings on your FLO TV™ Personal Television allow you to establish parental controls, set ratings to block specific programs, set program reminders, find shows, adjust your visual settings, access help, and gather additional information about your FLO TV™ Personal Television.

    Receiving reminder notifications WHILE POWERED ON If your FLO TV™ Personal Television is on when a show with a set reminder is scheduled to begin, the FLO TV™ Personal Television displays a visual alert 1 minute before the program begins.

    This works by blocking access to programming based on the ratings established for television, movies, and audio. Parents select the acceptable limit for viewing, and the FLO TV™ Personal Television does not allow programming that exceeds that limit. Entire channels may also be restricted.

    There is no limit to the number of times you can enter an incorrect PIN. Setting TV viewing limits The majority of television programs have ratings, and your FLO TV™ Personal Television allows you to set a programming rating limits. If a viewer selects a program with a rating exceeding the set limit, the program is blocked ( ) and not accessible without entering the designated PIN.
