To adjust the speaker bias on the Marshall JTM60:

1. Use a multimeter to measure current.
2. Probe the orange wire going to the internal speaker jack.
3. Ground the multimeter to the chassis.
4. The reading will show the total current for both tubes, so divide the value by 2 to get the current per tube.
5. Adjust the bias pot, located at the end of the circuit board, to set the correct bias current.

Note: Be cautious when working inside the amp due to high voltages.
