TROUBLESHOOTING
The audio function does not work.
Problem
No sound?
Sound is too dull.
Sound is too low.
Screen color is abnormal.
Problem
Screen has poor color resolution
(16 colors).
S creen color is unstable or
mono-colored.
Do black spots appear on the
screen?
The operation does not work normally.
Problem
The power suddenly turned off.
y See if the audio cable is connected properly.
y Adjust the volume.
y S ee if the sound is set properly.
y Select the appropriate equalize sound.
y A djust the volume.
y S et the number of colors to more than 24 bits (true color) Select
Control Panel - Display - Settings - Color Table menu in Windows.
y Check the connection status of the signal cable. Or, re-insert the PC
video card.
y S everal pixels (red, green, white or black color) may appear on the
screen, which can be attributable to the unique characteristics of the
LCD panel. It is not a malfunction of the LCD.
y Is the sleep timer set?
y C heck the power control settings. Power interrupted.
