Lock Phone
Set Lock Phone
With your phone locked, you can call only
emergency numbers or your service provider's
customer service number. You can still receive
incoming calls.
1. From Security, enter your four-digit lock
code.
2. Select Lock Phone > OK and one of the
following:
– Lock Now locks the phone
immediately.
– On Power Up locks the phone every
time you turn it on.
– Auto Lock options. Locks your phone
after a time of inactivity. Select one of
the options to choose different times.
Unlock the Phone
1. From the home screen, select Unlock.
2. Enter your four-digit lock code.
Set Limit Calls
You can limit the calls that can be made from
your phone to emergency numbers, your
contacts, and your service provider's numbers.
1. From Security, enter your four-digit lock
code.
2. Select Limit Calls and one of the
following:
– No Limit does not limit calls.
User Guide
– Limit Outgoing limits outgoing calls
while incoming calls still work.
– Limit All limits both incoming and
outgoing calls.
Change Lock Code
Change your lock code from the default.
1. From Security, enter your four-digit lock
code.
2. Select New Lock Code > Yes.
3. Enter a new four-digit code.
4. Re-enter your new lock code.
Reset Phone
From Reset Default, select Yes > Yes reset all
menus and other customizations to the factory
default.
Note: No user data will be removed from the
phone.
Delete User Data
From Master Clear, select Yes > Yes to erase
all personal user data from the phone.
Note: You cannot recover deleted information.

Check Memory Status

From Memory Status, check how much
memory is being used by your phone.
