Questions and answers
my Crown head 2 has seized up, only clicking solenoid can be heard from the macerator pump. can I repair this? I'm in the Bahamas.
Yes, the Raritan Crown Head II can potentially be repaired if it has seized up and only the solenoid is clicking. This may indicate an object jammed in the macerator or damage to motor bearings. To repair:
1. Remove the front cover and check for a jammed object in the macerator.
2. If the motor bearings are damaged due to a macerator seal leak, return the motor to the factory for servicing or replacement.

where can I order these parts from?
Hi Mr. Anderson I have taken my '95 Raritan Crown Head 2 to pieces and the motor has seized and the inside of the macerator pump is full of thick corrosion. Is it possible to buy the same motor and macerator only? The motor serial #is 9501
