3.3 Notes about using CMS
1. Client PC's performance (mostly CPU speed, size of RAM, and graphics card) and
network bandwidth may affect live view and playback quality and the amount of time
it takes to archive video.
2. Please use a dedicated or clean PC to install CMS.
