You can protect images/sound from being accidentally erased.
[] Enter the Playback mode and choose the image/sound
you want to protect with the four-way controller (41_).
[] Press the o-_ button.
The Protect screen wil! be dis-
played.
[] Select [Protect] with the four-way
controller (A).
[] Press the OK button.
• Select [Unprotect] in step [] to release the Protect setting. If the image is protected, the _ symbol is displayed when
the image/sound is played back.
You can protect all the images.
[] Enter the Playback mode.
[] Press the o-_ button twice.
The Protect al! screen wil! be displayed.
[] Select [Protect] with the four-way controller (A).
[] Press the OK button.
Select [Unprotect] in step [] to cancel the Protect setting on al! the images.
