Cleaning t heCutting Head
NOTE: The cutting head will r emain a ttached totheunit.
1. Remove theoldline from the cutting h ead. The line glide plate
cannot beremoved ifthere isstill l ine inthecutting h ead.
2. Locate thesmall hole inthe side ofthe cutting h ead t hat h olds t he
black l ocking tab(Fig. 18). Insert asmall Phillips screwdriver and
push t helocking tabinward. Atthesame t ime, pull t heline glide
plate o utofthecutting h ead.
3. Use aclean cloth toclean t heinsides o fthecutting head and
line glide plate.
4. Align thearrow ontheline glide plate withthe"A"mark onthe
cutting head (Fig. 1 8).
5. Push theline glide plate intothecutting head until t helocking
tabsnaps i ntoplace.
