What your warranty covers:

What we will do:

Provideyou with a new unit. The exchangeunit is under warranty for the remainder of
the original product'swarranty period.
How you get service:

Properlypackyour unit. Includeany cables,etc., which were originally providedwith the
product. We recommendusing the original carton and packing materials.
•
"Proofof purchase inthe form of a bill of saleor receiptedinvoice which is evidence
that the product is within the warranty period,must be presentedto obtain warranty
service."For rental firms, proof of first rental is also required. Alsoprint your name and
addressand a description of the defect. Sendvia standard UPSor its equivalentto:

damage or loss.

instructions anduser controls.Any additional information, should be obtained from your
dealer.)

Installationand setup serviceadjustments.
•
Batteries.
•
Damagefrom misuseor neglect.
•
Productswhich have been modifiedor incorporated into other products.
•
Productspurchasedor servicedoutside the USA.
• Acts of nature, such as but not limited to lightning damage.
