Make sure all cookware

Most glass casseroles,
cooking
dishes,

cups,
pottery
or china
dinnerware

trim
or glaze with a me/allic
sheen
can be used.
Some
cookware
is labeled
"suitable
tot microwm'ing."
How to test for a microwave-
safe dish,
o If you are not sure if
a dish is microwm'e-sate,
use this lest: Place in the
oven both
tile dish you
are/esting
and a glass
measuring
cup filled with
] cup of water--set
the
measuring
cup either
in or next/o
tile dish.
Microwave
1 minute
at
high.
If the dish heats,
it should
not be used

If the dish remains
cool
and only the wa/er in tile

then
the dish

If you use a meat

cooking,
