Place the meat or fish on a broiler
grid in a broiler pan designed
for broiling (not supplied with
the range).

suggested
shelf positions in
the Broiling Guide.
If yourrangeisconnected to208volts,raresteaks
maybe broiled bypreheating thebroilerand
positioning theovenshelfonepositionhigher.
Use LOBroil to cook foods such as
poultry or thick cuts of meat thoroughly
without over-browning them.

Touch the BROIL HI/tO pad once for
HI Broil.
To change to I,O Broil, touch the
BROIL HI/tO pad again.

Touch the START/ON pad.

_rhen broiling is finished, touch the
CLEAR/OFF pad.

and your preference
of doneness
