  • Page 10 Assembling Your STEAM SYSTEM II To make sure you are completely satisfied with the operation of your MS-30 STEAM SYSTEM II, be sure to follow the assembly and operating instructions included in this manual. Read this manual thoroughly before assembling your unit.

    Remove the Carpet & Rug Tray by using your foot to hold the rear tab and then while holding the tray with your foot, lift the MS-30 off the tray. The Carpet & Rug Tray will snap OFF easily as it is designed for this No Touch method of removal (Fig 16).

  • Page 27 The MS-30 does not have any suction power. The easiest way to use the MS-30 is to tile the handle to a 45° angle and push and pull the unit slowly across each section of your floor – approximately 2 to 3 yards at a time.
  • Page 28 The MS-30 Steam Head should remain on the mat while it heats up, AND you should always set your MS-30 on the mat if you need to take a quick break from steaming. Never leave the Steam Head sit in any one spot on the floor for any length of time or it may damage the floor surface.

The truth is, the more steam you see when in use the less effective a STEAM SYSTEM II is, because the steam should be physically directed to cleaning your floors (or other hard surfaces), and not escaping through other parts of the steamer.
